Ubuntu 8.10 ed EeePC

Stamane ho avuto la necessità di accedere a dati presenti sull'hd del mio HP, che ultimamente fa le bizze più del solito.
Ho collegato quindi il disco via usb all'eeepc, avendo la piacevole sorpresa che Ubuntu ha ripreso a lavorare con l'Asus come se nulla fosse (come prevedibile invece XP non s'è degnato di far 'sto favore!). L'unico punto fastidioso è invece stato il non esser gestiti dal kernel standard di Ubuntu sia la scheda wifi che quella audio, girovagando ho trovato questo articolo http://www.array.org/ubuntu/setup-intrepid.html. Se tutto andrà bene, intanto che il display dell'HP verrà sistemato, potrò riprendere ad usare Ubuntu con tutte le mie cose (quasi) come se nulla fosse passato (Xandros non è malaccio, ma non l'adoro).
